"Nice modern decor which came with free parking. Could imagine staying here for a while since it was such a comfortable stay and came with common work spaces.
Great service from Nakajima san! We had some problems with the laundry’s washer and needed to call and trouble her after the front desk was closed. She was so willing to help us despite being off duty.
Ms Fu speaks multiple languages and has a good memory. We requested for several items at the front desk and she did not left out anything ! We expected there might be some missing items since this is what we often experienced in other hotels.
Thank you ladies!
It would be wonderful if there are vending machines to sell drinks and food like sandwiches or simple meals. There is a convenience store about 200 metres down the slope but nothing beats the convenience of vending machines without the need to step out of the hotel!"
"For a hostel, K’s place gets 10/10. I would rate it higher if I could. While it’s not fancy, at this price point, within walking distance to the Asahadake Ropeway, it’s a great deal. K’s Place completely exceeded our expectations. The staff were friendly and informative, giving us a tour, explaining the Onsen, communal kitchen and all their amenities. It’s a very homey feeling. There is a giant comfortable lounge and eating area, 3-4 communal fridges, multiple cooking areas completely stocked with all utensils needed, free coffee/tea, 24 hour onsens, game room, and more. We even had a private room (king size bed) with private toilet and sink. We didn’t need a shower because of the great Onsen on the ground floor. Plenty of showers in the Onsen too. They even supply soap and shampoo, towels, lockers. I would definitely return. Thanks for a wonderful stay! "
"The hotel has both public and private onsen and provides probiotic drinks, wafer ice cream and popsicles after guests had done onsen. The highlight of the stay is clearly the wide range of both Western and Japanese foods available at its buffet breakfast.
Room is very clean and comfortable. Front desk and service staff are very polite and helpful."
"The property had appeared a bit deteriorated. But other than that, the room was spacious and had everything we needed. It’s located in a beautiful and tranquil area and was close to tourist spots. Staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was good."
