"Yes, the room was spotless.
Sadly, the house keeping staff neglected to do their job to the best of the ability. Eg no bath mats were left and for couple of nights the toilet paper was not replaced."
"The hotel’s onsite restaurant was closed, which initially left us in a difficult situation. However, the staff kindly confirmed the chef’s availability and arranged for us to enjoy the dishes we wanted at another restaurant’s table. I was truly impressed by the hotel’s hospitality."
