The apartment is dated and in need of an upgrade. The shower is handheld the bracket to hold the nozzle is at chest level so you can’t stand under the water. "

"Great location easy access via tram to all the places you need.
One letdown was the lack of aircon the apartment has one unit and it’s just not good enough for cooling the entire place.
Needs more aircon in the bedroom as it has a desk fan this is not great for summer months.

"Friendly staff, a good continental breakfast offering and around a 5 min walk to the Tram stop & also the Porta Romana Metro line (but beware of thieves as I got robbed on the train one stop away from Romana at Crocetta station).
Only downside was our room had a very small enclosed shower cubicle which made it a bit difficult to move around ! "

"Having to go get a key from a complete different location was a hassle that could be avoided by just having a lock box at the actual building. Other than that this was a great place to stay, really no complaints! Lots of restaurants nearby!"

"This place takes hours to get to extremely far away from Milan takes 2 trains and a bus to get to no one speaks English. We had no electricity one night no running water. if you want to safe money it’s OK but the commute is very long and twisted to figure out. Staff is nice but no one speaks English. Restaurant BellaVista is great ! Amazing food but that’s all the rest of the place is bit strange police and military soldiers everywhere living in this building. "

"Amazing staff, shuttle service is awesome and almost free (2euro). restaurant on the premise is flawless, the dry steam room and turkish bath are awesome

The televisions frequently would not work as we tried to watch the World Cup. The food from room service was fast and pretty good. Overall the price seemed too expensive for the condition of the room, but the hotel’s proximity to the metro to take us into Milan and it’s available...
