We loved our stay at the Hyatt, only thing we regret was not including breakfast in our stay because we had to pay extra $60 for 2 adults every morning. Breakfast is great, every day is the same but good food. The staff at the breakfast Buffer were amazing, friendly and kind. The cleaning ladies were great too. The front desk staff was also great. Would gladly come back to Hyatt Milano.

Great location, good hotel
Everything at Hyatt Centric was very good. Location is unbeatable, 3 mins walking from Milano Centrale station and a short subway ride to most of the attractions. Although it was specified in the room description when we booked, be aware that rooms with two beds have two twin beds which does not bode well for families.
