"Very pleasant stay. Stayed there for 13 days. From day 1 until the last day the stay was very comfortable. Clean, service, food every bit of the stay was very good. The staff and the managers were always welcoming and very helpful. The breakfast was also amazing. Definitely recommend this hotel to all. "

It is a bit tired around the edges, there are signs of some wear but it is still a haven of comfort and tranquility compared to the rest of Mumbai. All the staff are extremely nice and helpful. It is some of the guests that bring the tone down. I observed rudeness to staff in the form of yelling, inappropriate attire like appearing to breakfast in pajamas and hotel slippers, ill-behaved children etc. Mumbai itself...
