"Absolutely amazing stay. The staff are so kind and friendly. We asked for the same room as on a previous stay and they accommodated us. Room was amazing, especially the view from the balcony straight to the Eiffel tower. We always stay at this hotel when we visit Paris. Thank you to all the staff at the hotel for another fantastic stay!! "

Lots to do around the hotel to include Bistro, cafe, Bar, shopping and lots more.

"Personnel was very friendly and skillful. Room was very clean and it was big enough for us and our luggage. Bus stops, two metro stations and Gare du Nord were near the hotel so it was easy to move around and also come from CDG-airport by RER-train to Gare du Nord."

"We went there for my birthday and they upgraded us to a superior room which was amazing with a view to of the Eiffel Tower … on my birthday they left a little gift for me and a lovely card … it was a fabulous hotel … breakfast was in abundance and the staff are very kind and caring and helpful. I will definitely be going back "

. It is located within walking distance of public transportation, the Eiffel Tour and the Beaugrenelle. My children enjoyed the arcade games in the lobby. I also appreciated that you could order pizza in the lobby and have water bottles filled. We also made use of the laundry facilities. Because the hotel caters to families and larger groups, it does get rather loud and there was really quiet during sleeping time. Just an FYI if you are a light sleeper."

"Small hotel overlooking Place des Vosges. Rooms are a little on the small side. Nevertheless, very clean and comfortable with many amenities. Not much of a lobby area and has a tiny elevator that takes you to the upper two floors.
The hotel staff is very helpful and attentive. There is always someone to greet you at the door and offer assistance.
We were immediately comped for our meals and were given a departure gift because the elevator was out of order for a few hours.
