Great Stay!
Another 4 night stay at this hotel. Staff are so good but English is limited. Carlos on reception is the guy to go to if you want an English speaker. Breakfast is good and plentiful.

Great Hotel
Check-in was quick and efficient. Staff at the hotel are very good and helpful but only one speaks English. Rooms were clean as was tge bathrooom. Cleaning staff attended everyday. Free coffe and tea is available in reception. The breakfast was excellent and we had a couple of meals in the evening. Meals were of a high quality and the portions were huge!

Precisa melhorar
Bagunça pra estacionar.. alguns hospedes deixam o carro parado no acesso principal para que seja manobrado... e nao houve agilidade no processo, causando fila atrapalhando o tráfego e buzinaço. O hotel precisa de uma renovação.. Quarto com cheiro de mofo.. mofo nas cortinas e beiras de janela.. roupas de cama furadas.. ou seja, pouco zelo pelo hóspede.. Por ser apenas uma diária e por ter percebido esses "detalhes" apos ja termos nos instalado (super cansados), evitei o transtorno de pedir para trocar de quarto.. mas recomendo que o façam, caso estejam na mesma situação. Camas confortáveis, boa localização. Ponto super positivo: Cafe da manha bem variado e com comidas saborosas (o bolo red velvet estava espetacular).. havia ate bolos e sucos fitness.. tudo fresquinho e gostoso.. e a equipe fazia a reposição constantemente.
