I had an excellent stay at this hotel. I loved that it was a 1 minute walk from Waverley station and within a 15-20 minute walk to everything else in Edinburgh. The location was perfect. Right next to the Royal Mile, but still in Newtown so you had modern conveniences and were close to great restaurants. It’s right next to the train station and the bus station so easy to move around the country and get to the airport. The rooftop bar was beautiful and a great place to have breakfast or room. The hotel was modern, clean, comfortable. And the staff was.
