Disappointing for a major Brand

The Hotel is tired and in need of a make over. We stayed for four nights and whilst we had clean towels and refreshed tea and coffee there was no other cleaning. Parking was included and a good regular bus service into the heart of Edinburgh with the bus stop just outside the Hotel was a positive. For the price paid I would say it is a 4 out of ten
