Pontos positivos : Enorme area verde bem cuidada com jardins, brinquedos, arvores inclusive frutiferas. Estacionamento grande. Pequena fazendinha com cabras, pavao, coelhos, jabuti, galinhas etc. Apartamentos limpos e confortaveis com jato de chuveiro muito bom. Pontos negativos ; Falta um gerente para administrar. Na piscina - melhorar a limpeza das mesas e bangalôs. Atendimento de pedidos de bebidas e petiscos. Deve ser colocado um sistema de pedido e entrega. Pessoal da recreacao - muito fraco. Nao peguei minhas diarias com refeicao, entao nao posso avaliar o almoco e jantar. Cafe da manha de boa qualidade.

Inesquecíveis férias em Minas
Os dias que passamos no Guarany Eco Resort foram formidáveis. Nunca fomos tão bem tratados. Os funcionários são amáveis demais e prestativos. A propriedade é fascinante, natureza e conforto juntos, tudo bem cuidado. Não falta o que fazer, muitas atividades legais, tanto para adultos como pra criancas. O restaurante é tudo de bom: comida gostosa, pratos variados, para todos os gostos. Nós que temos restrições alimentares com leite animal e glúten não tivemos nenhum prejuízo. Ao contrário todos se mostraram preocupados com nossa satisfação e providenciaram até brigadeiro gourmet nas sobremesas. Todo o corpo de funcionários está de parabéns. Com certeza voltaremos.

Tudo OK, nada de especial. O hotel é bem cuidado e limpo, porem achei antigo. Cheguei em uma quinta feira e estava vazio. O cardápio do jantar foi bem simples. No dia seguinte, o hotel encheu e o cardápio estava melhor. Café da manhã simples. Colchão mediano.

Passamos um final de semana incrível, a recepcionista foi muito simpática e o check-in muito fácil e rápido, os quartos bem espaçosos e estavam limpos e cheirosos, a piscina uma delícia, os drinks do bar muito bons e com qualidade, equipe de recreação bem animados e simpáticos. Só uma sugestão de deixar nos quartos aquele varal de chão pois não temos onde colocar as roupas molhadas de piscina.

Em geral foi muito bom... mas!! Quando a minha esposa mostrou identidade digital, pediram para enviá-la pela Whasapp ... dessa nao concordo por ser documento pessoal e sigiloso! Como colocou toda informacao no folheto, podia checar se estava correto ja bastava! a outra, o caminho para hotel usei GPS... mas o caminho estava interditado e parece que faz tempao! mesmo assim o Hotel nao tinha informado sobre este assunto. Falta de informações básicas neste hotel!
