Awful
Staying in room 201 for 2 nights for our annual Christmas shopping trip. Room is ok but the bed absolutely awful, mattress uncomfortable and bed creeks everytime one of moves. Worst nights sleep we have both had and not what you expect from the Hilton. Just been down to reception and unable to offer a room move as full and asked to come back later to try and get moved. Not impressed and won’t be staying here again.

On arrival we went and checked in. The lady was lovely. I had requested a ground floor room as my son has broken his leg, but we had been given a 1st floor room
Which he mastered the stairs.

Reception desk for hotel in very inconvenient location - furthest point away at the bar and not signposted. Just got rudely waved in general dire tion by person at front desk as if we were an nooyance, and then had to wait for same staff member to come serve us there.
Rooms noisy, door banged every time neighbouring rooms were opened, had to listen to other guests having an argument in the hallway at 1am or shouting at their kids above at 5am. Nobody around to check out in the morning. Staff only seemed concerned about pub, nobody to desl with hotel issues on site.
