This is my fourth trip to gold coast but first time I stayed at Qstay property. I stayed there for four nights with 3 people. Cheap thing is they have supplied only one toilet roll, no direction for parking and parking is complicated. Toilet door handle was broken. You can turn on either lounge aircon or bedroom. We can’t turn on both together.

Very central property. Walking distance to shops, dining and beaches. Transport was right at your doorstep if you didn’t have your own. Rooms were large, clean, very tidy, had everything you needed. There was alot of miscommunication around the check-in process if you do it outside 3pm to 5pm. While booking on Expedia it doesn’t disclose these little details that can make the experience unpleasant.
