Great to stay again
Outstanding customer service on the desk as I arrived and I received an upgrade to a 2 BD apartment (though was travelling solo). Parking is always VERY tight in the basement - though I know they cannot do much about this. The apartment was clean and tidy - A/C worked very well on a hot night as did the very strong free Wifi connection. Some minor improvements could be made, but nothing to mention on his review. I love staying here - see you next time.

Great value, very clean and good parking
We stayed at the Arise Ivy and Eve for a couple of nights. The location was convenient for what we needed to do whilst in Brisbane. An easy walk to Southbank, a little longer to the City, but still easy enough, definitely doable and I am not very active and walk slowly. The room was perfect for two. The balcony area was great. Lovely restaurants close by. We ate at a few. Not to mention a great gelato shop, definitely worth trying. Parking was included in the price, was undercover and allocated which was fantastic. The room was exceptionally clean which is very important to us. A good sized apartment, with plenty of room in the bathroom too. Reception staff really lovely. We would definitely stay here again.

Great apartment, amazing location, so many good restaurants super close and a short walk to the casino, train station and south bank. Alana at reception was extremely helpful and lovely. Only negative would be the blinds in the bedroom, you definitely can't sleep in.

Great location. All amenities were clean and well supplied. Lots of handles/hooks in the bathroom for towels was a bonus. View was really nice but obscured by plants in large planter boxes on the balcony. Very good and would stay again. Only negative was not enough lounge seating for 4 people. 1 x 2-3 seater sofa only.

Great city views. Clean nice apartment. Spa was not working properly, which was very disappointing given this was a reason for choosing this property. Bedroom could use an extra blanket for winter.
