1st time with Sonder - My stay!
The Duncan Plaza was nice, safe and clean. Only 2 items that I feel Sonder should wok on to make it alot better. 1st- Better communication for easier check in. Called the sonder number given and it became a little difficult. Had to call 3 times before getting someone on the phone. 2nd- I feel that in places like the Duncan Plaza, they should have and provide parking or a parking pass with your stay. Just to stay at the Duncan Plaza it cost me $140.00 to park.

I love this place
We really enjoyed the room. We booked a 2 room/2.5 bathroom suite and it was larger than we had imagined. The beds were firmer that I'd prefer but the linens were clean and the pillows were nice. The water pressure in the shower was low, but tolerable. The blinds on the windows are mostly broken. The kitchen/dining/livingroom area was great! Very comfortable space. Useful amenities. Each room had a walking closet that was amazing. The pool on the roof was under construction. I wish we had been informed of that before hand. Overall, I look forward to staying here again next time I'm in New Orleans. The room was such a good price compared to so many of the very tiny rooms available in the larger hotels. There was no noise from other rooms and we had more space to relax.
