"We have stayed at this property twice already and we enjoy the location. Its proximity to many places is second to none. The service in the hotel ranks high on our list; Filipino customer service is outstanding(10/10). They are always trying to offer the best options available with great attention to detail and professionalism. We enjoyed the variety of the menu for breakfast and the Italian gelato at the hotel.
Pros: Location, location,location, cleanliness, service quality, freshness of the food, professionalism across every department.
Cons: Size of the rooms( We are a family of 3) couple with a 15 year old child. It is not very comfortable for 2 grown adults to sleep on 1 twin bed, small maintenance details spotted on the shower area( silicone must be reapplied around shower areas-rooms 1902 & 1615)"
