Great place to stay, but needs a little fine tunin
Beautiful hotel and lovely service. A few things that can be improved: Control dials for air conditioning were not working properly. The safe and hot water kettle did not work. I found a small mouse in the apartment on our last night there. Some of the furniture/decor could probably be updated a little

Nice location enjoyed our stay hard to find
It was difficult to find the hotel. When we did find it someone told us to go to the Mall parking and take the 4th floor-it wasn’t even the lobby. Check in was pretty fast. They only had 2 elevators working so it took a long time to get to our room. The room was clean and when we needed something housekeeping was quick to give us extra towels and pillows. An issue with the room was there was no hot water, if there was it only lasted 1 minute. Overall we liked the location as it being in the mall and the Grab drivers could find it easy. But as a first timer there it was difficult to find and parking was difficult.

Rooms smells like walls were just re painted. Bad for kids and adults as well. Carpets dirty and smelly We had to pay parking because parking pass was never issued although I asked receptionist at check in but no parking pass was received nor instructions to collect it from concierge.

the property was located in an extremely busy area. our most major complaint was the smell. interior halls, elevator especially and our room smelled of gas or some sort of chemical fumes. it was a hard to breathe and caused headaches and since my husband has asthma it made it hard for him to breathe. staff was great in trying to help with our concerns. they switched us to a different room (smell/odors were less but still present). rooms are dated. we realize they are undergoing construction which may be contributing to the fumes. just be aware.
