Anniversary Holiday
The apartment is close to the Yarra free tram, about 5 mins walk away and there were many eateries and supermarket around. The apartment is spacious as indicated. it’s a pity that there is no separate lift for guests staying in the higher levels and it became a nightmare when the lift has to stop at many levels before we arrive at level 69. There’s daily housekeeping but the team was not consistent in replenishing towels and amenities, there was always missing items or towels.

Terrible service, grotty room
Upon arrival I was informed I couldn’t pay my $150 bond in cash, so I had to walk around the CBD to find a bank to deposit the cash for them to place a hold on my card. Now they are refusing to release the hold and it could take a week to be processed. On top of this, when we finally got into the room it was grotty and there were marks on the walls. Will not return.
