As soon as we entered the hotel we were met with friendly staff and everything regarding parking to pool use etc was explained simply. I asked for a room with water views which we were given. The pool was stunning. I can't speak highly enough of our stay. The only problem we had was it was too short. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

Checked in at 2.30pm and told our King bed room not ready yet, tried to palm us off with a double room, said no we'd wait. After 40 minutes asked again, and again tried to talk us into a double room with free breakfast, again said no as was given the king bed room we had booked. Other than that everything else was perfect

The location is fantastic. Close to shops and transport but quiet. The most disappointing thing was the staff- very poor customer service. Breakfast buffet is the economy version of a 5 star hotel too.

Stayed new years 22, sunset lounge was nice, $12 for a crown lager, WOW, so over priced, canapés were ok not very much though, room was very spacious and comfortable, must be self rated 5 star, no mini bar, breakfast was disappointing very little to choose from and lay out was very weird as you get your breakfast from were people are waiting to be seated and leaving, eating area very small, strange design.check in was fantastic very quick as was checkout.as nice as pool area was, once again very small for size of hotel.
