Property qas fabulous. Comfortable beds, quiet when the windows are closed, great AC. Not convenient to metro but lots of buses and taxis nearby. Only difficulty for us was having to call the hotel on arrival as there is no check in desk. We did not have international sim card.

Great location! Staff are also outstanding, friendly and helpful. Was able to leave my luggage before check in. Spacious and well designed rooms although the fittings like bed frame are starting to get a bit worn down. Would only bother someone who is fussy. Excellent value overall and would stay again.

Great service and location!
We loved this hotel! It’s located in a super central location, equidistant between the Vatican City and the Colosseum and a close walk to the Pantheon. Even though it’s right on Piazza Navona, we weren’t disturbed by any outside noise. The room was comfortable and clean, and even though there were 3 doors and quite a few stairs to access the hotel, we never had a problem with our keys and the elevator was always quick. Elevator is a little small though, so we recommend bringing small luggage, but I would recommend same for all of Europe anyway. The receptionists were always super helpful, and even came down to help us get a taxi when we were having trouble getting to the train station. I would recommend staying here again, for sure!

Great time in this property
Amazing cozy property just beside the Plaza Navona. This property is consist of 5 rooms converted into a boutique hotel. The room is very nice, clean and very well appointed. Rufo, the Receptionist is very nice and helpful. He will assist you and he is very cordial. He is definitely an asset to this property. Finding the property is quite a challenge because there is no big sign. The entrance is beside the Piazza Navona underground. You will see an iron fence, the last gate on the right is the entrance to the property. Ring the button and someone will assist you to go up to the apartment/hotel. Breakfast is included and Rufo prepares it for you every morning thus be kind to him. The room is quiet and high ceiling. Though there is no window (in our room), its good enough for us for few nights. This property is very near to everything. just 15mins walk to the Vatican City, Piazza Navona is a must to visit too (just behind the building) and with lots of restaurants around. Highly recommended this property,

Excellent Hotel! Highly recommend it
Amazing experience... very well located, clean and comfy. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and kind and very attentive. It was a plus having the breakfast served at our suite at the time we requested it. As most places in Europe, the elevator is small, but if you already know that.... it´s a no brainer. Thank you!

This is a small 5 room boutique hotel in a building facing the Piazza Navona. You literally just walk around to the front of the building (access in the back of the building) and you are on the piazza. Access was through an iron gate to the building, then a keyed door, up an elevator to a keyed door on the third floor. It was easier than it sounds and very secure. So nice to be right on the piazza so you could make easy trips back and forth to the room. Navona is probably the most beautiful piazza in Rome! Easy walking to Trevi, Pantheon and almost everything else in Rome! Hard to beat the location!!!! The room was clean with a great shower. There is enough room for a couple suitcases and a petite table with 2 chairs. It was a great deal given the location!!! Breakfast is brought to the room each morning at a time you select. It was a great little European breakfast with cold cuts, croissants, fruit, cereal, yogurt, coffee....... Sabina was VERY nice and welcoming. You can tell that she cares about your experience. Don cleans the rooms and was very nice. We are giving this hotel 4 stars vs. 5 stars because their morning concierge, Rufo, was pretty rude. His attitude dimmed our stay a little....but again, the location and other staff more than made up for it!!!

very good location and nice hotel
The overall stay in this hotel was rather good. The location is just perfect and the rooms are large and comfortable. Its not an "hotel feeling" since there is no real reception and no 24/7 front desk. Its like leaving in a very nice apartment in Rome. You get the keys to the gate downstairs and another key for the building door and another key for the hotels door in the 3rd floor. The lady in the front desk is there a few hours a day and she is very helpful and very nice.
