Expect hot showers. Hot as in scalding
The condo was nice. A couple of blocks from the trolly and close to stores. We originally had a 2 bedroom with and extra bed but that was canceled on us because of "maintenance" so we were placed in a 2 bedroom condo with couch serving as 3rd bed. The couch/bed was not good. Very uncomfortable for the poor souls forced to sleep on it. Overall the condo was nice and roomy but several issues. Cleaning was not all that good, simple utensils like can opener were damaged and could not be used. The biggest issue besides the couch were the showers. The showers and two temperatures cold and scalding. You could not adjust the shower temp without having water tricke out the shower heads. Use full pressure and expect your fesh to melt. So we took quick submarine showers. Turn water on to get wet, shut them off, soap up, the quickly rinse off before your skin blistered. Thankfully 3 of us were on submarines and we knew the drill. The wives suffered much more.

Clean about a 20 min walk from the French quarter. And 20 mins to ww2 museum. Only downside was there were some small things that didn't operate well. The shower head and flooring that was coming up. Room was beautiful, clean, spacing. Does get loud at night but understandable given the location.

Parking rates were extremely high. I feel hotel guest should have available and free parking. Access into the building was different from instructions. They associate sat in the lobby while yelling the instructions to us through the main entrance door. The corridor entrance was very dirty and wet. The room was very clean and setting of condo was very modern and beautifully decorated. The view of the city was great!
