Wonderful! Amazing hosts who treated us so well and made us feel right at home in Palermo. They recommended a great local restaurant. Delicious! Fantastic breakfast in a beautiful dining setting. Location on one of the main streets. You won’t get lost. Vibrant but quiet with closed windows. I would recommend this place whole heartedly to my friends. Grazie Massimo!

The location in the heart of the historic area on is Maqueda. It is a bit of a walk from the train/bus station if you have more than a light bag, but a taxi is min of €10. The breakfast was huge for a non-to light breakfast eater like me. My room had a balcony on the street so it was loud but I didn’t mind, light sleepers would prefer an inside room. FYI 3 flights of stairs up.

午前中にホテルへ到着したにも関わらず、着くとコーヒーをいれてくれて、朝ご飯も食べるか聞いてくれるなど温かいおもてなしが嬉しかったです。 また、シャワーを浴びたいと伝えると急いで部屋を掃除してくれました。 チェッ夜行列車で到着したばかりで疲れている事を配慮して下さったようで、チェックイン前にも関わらず特別に部屋を利用させていただきました。 部屋はとても清潔で、バスタブもあり大満足です！ 朝食もテーブルにきれいにセッティングされていて心地よい朝を迎えられます。 また、つたない英語しか話せない私たち夫婦にも ゆっくりと話してくれて 理解できているのか気配りしてくれているのが感じられてとても嬉しかったです。

The property organised a pick up from the airport which I was extremely grateful as when I arrived I thought the building had been severely neglected but when I went up 2 flights of stairs the bnb is immaculate and beautiful. An excellent location in Palermo, walking distance to everything. Staff are friendly and helpful, I could not have been happier.

Bardzo pomocny i miły personel. Obiekt usytuowany w bardzo dobrym miejscu: Niedaleko 4 Canti oraz la Martorana i San Cataldo, przed bramą budynku przystanek darmowego autobusu, który kursuje wokół starego miasta, 9 minut pieszo do dworca centralnego. Located at quiet corner near the old town waking zone. Everything is so convenient. Owner we nice person all staff are family members. They did everything possible to make us feel comfortable. Unit equipped with a stove so you can do a little cooking if you need to. Excellent, I will stay here again if I come back.

Nice room close to the attractions
Clean, comfy bed and enough space for two. Very close to the main attractions in the city centre. The owner is very nice and extremely helpful. Unfortunately for us the people above our room were very nosy late at night and early in the morning. This meant that sleeping through the night was difficult. We didn't ask to move rooms so it's possible of we did we could have gotten a quieter room. Overall our stay was good.

Acomodação fabulosa bem no centro da cidade a 2 minuts caminhando dos principais pontos turísticos. A limpeza do quarto e cuidado com todos os detalhes é impecável. Fiquei hospedadas 3 noites e tudo não poderia ser melhor. Cama confortável, chuveiro que funciona, quarto super espaçoso, café da manhã perfeito com frutas frescas e muita opções. O grande diferencial é o cuidado do senhor Massimo com todos os detalhes, desde as dicas para passeios como a limpeza daria do quarto, o café da manhã.
