No hot water, Shela at the front desk was very rude and refused to give me the managers name claiming she was in charge of the entire hotel, I complained about condition and she claimed since I booked through Expedia it “wasn’t her problem”. The air conditioner leaked and my wife feel and hurt her leg, on top of soaking all of our clothes and luggage. And the TVs did not work in the room, even after Matinence reset then TVs, the only worked for a couple hours. It was an absolute nightmare. I have video evidence of all of the issues, and wish to speak to the hotel manager immediately.

I liked the location of the hotel. I liked that they are renovating and working on improving appearance of hotel ambiance. The front desk was always helpful and accommodating. But unfortunately, the rooms are very dirty. The bed sheets smelled bad, towels had stains, the apartments were also not thoroughly cleaned. There was mold on bathroom shower doors. Dusty and dirty spots on surfaces of furniture and floors. They can definitely do a better job cleaning and disinfecting.

The package price was not accurate, at the hotel I was charged $200. They do not clean, I was told to clean, they gave me cleaning supplies. The beds were broken, furniture was stained, couch broken. Shower knobs stripped. All the amenities were closed shop, spa, pool. They charged me $5 for each room key. The beach was not clean, no chairs, was not private. Staff were rude, laughed when I complained, and refused to accommodate me.
