Staff were professional. Found a long hair on top of the toilet lid. My real complaint with this hotel is sound proofing. We were unable to stay at the hotel because we didn’t have a card for the $75 incidental fee, and they would not accept cash. The girl at the front desk was unprofessional. Never smiled, didn’t try to diffuse the situation, and was argumentative. This is the second time we’ve had issues at this establishment. We will stay elsewhere from now on.
