Gross Hotel Room

I’ve never left a hotel room before after booking but this place was gross and we couldn’t stay. We ended up finding a new hotel to go to and couldn’t get a refund on this room as the person that we talked to the night before was “unreachable.” There were stains all over just about every surface other than the bed. The floors and walls were dirty and scuffed up, and worst of all the room and hallway reeked of cigarette smoke. The booking says there are designated smoking areas outside, but does not mention that smoking is allowed in the hotel rooms. If you are sensitive to cigarette smoke do not stay here!
