直前の予約だったからかフロントで予約確認がなかなか取れず手間取りました。 ただ行き先への乗り換えの案内アドバイスなど丁寧に応対いただきたすかりました。 部屋に入る前からアラームが鳴り響いており驚きました。 洗面ボール下浴槽横の汚れが気になりました。 スマホの充電ケーブルがありましたが使えず。定期的人チェックされた方が良いと思います。 朝食ビュッフェのドリンクの種類が豊富で良かったです。マメにスタッフさんが食材補充をしておられた姿が印象的でした。 ロビーのコーヒーサーバーは使えない状態でした。 ロビーのシャンプーバイキングは良いアイディアだと思いましたが人気のシャンプーはポンプを押しても出ない状態でした。
