Very clean and rooms were very spacious for our family of four. Self check in was a breeze, the front desk was never occupied which may turn some people off, but we loved the simplicity of check in and check out. The area has plenty of dining and convenience stores.

Check in was difficult, we were supposed to use a booking ID to check in but I was never given one, because it is fully self service there was no one there to help, luckily some guy showed up and was able to give us our booking number. Hotel itself is nice but check in experience was terrible.

Clean and (incredibly) spacious room. Property and all interior felt very clean and new as well. Was incredibly comfortable. Thoughtful amenities including washer/dryer, daily clean towels, mini fridge with a legit freezer, etc. Through instructions were provided (and in English) such as WiFi, air conditioner, washer/dryer, daily trash collection, etc.; every question we had was answered. Would absolutely recommend and return if visiting Japan again. Thank you Grand Base Osu!

We loved our stay at Grand Base Osu. The room was spacious and the bathroom was huge! Loved the shower! The staff was helpful. Even though we do not speak Japanese the use of a translator app helped our communication. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely choose Grand Base Osu if we ever go back to Nagano.

Highly recommend small hotel apartment, central

Great hotel/apartment walking distance to the Osu shopping areas and food spots. The hotel is modern, nicely decorated, comfortable, spacious and offers all the amenities perfect for family. Reception staff was very polite, helpful, with limited English, however had google translate to help. Internet speeds is good, there is free onsite laundry with drying. Taxi to the hotel is approx ¥1000 from Nagoya JR, or catch metro + 10 minute walk.
