We stayed here during the off season and it was great! Beautiful views and we had the whole pool are to ourselves. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. None of the food/drink options were open but there were a couple places in town that satisfied our needs.

Noise from structure.
The weather warmed during the night and the wind picked up considerably. The building itself started making rather loud thunking noises. I suspect it was being caused by the building siding expanding? It did this for quite awhile in the morning hours and it was considerably loud. Made sleeping challenging.

It was a good place to stay but being out of skiing season not much in amenities, but staff good and suggestions where to eat great. Bed against wall was not comfortable to gwt up out of at night. Talked to staff about putting microwaves in rooms.

We stayed in August and were the only family staying there. Upon check in the place was open, empty with an envelope with my name on it and keys inside. It was actually really scary. A little bit like the shining. We liked the two room bathroom in the middle room set up for our family of 5, but we felt really creeped out.

Great place to stay
We had a great time at snow River resorts. They have renovated a lot of the property recently, and we had an amazing time with the kids at the pool and hot tub. The property also has an amazing set of waterfalls, and we had a great time exploring around those. The workers were very friendly, and Kyle gave us some great advice on local hiking, etc. We visited copper peak, presque River, the porkies, black River harbor, Lake Superior, and lake of the clouds while we were there. This is a great location for all these experiences.
