Robo front desk, so inconvenient
The hotel is old, and shows its age and wear. Check in and out is HORRIBLE! It is done on a kiosk, the people on the screen are hard to understand, the connection is iffy, and we along with 5 other rooms had to have new keys issued because the ones from the kiosk didn't work. However, the live human people there on staff were FANTASTIC!

The room was clean and the hotel was a nice quiet place. the downside is the exterior of the building, it doesn’t look like an official hotel because all it has is a banner. I also wasn’t fond of the check in process. They have a kiosk but why would i use the kiosk when there are people behind the desk? The kiosk is a cool feature but there’s no privacy and it just seems out of place when the building looks a little run down

The first room assigned had a dirty blanket on the bed, the next assigned room did not have a working shower and the outside of the toilet was not clean. There was a used towel hanging behind the bathroom door…however, I pulled out my disinfectant wipes and scoured every surface down sufficiently to feel comfortable. We bathed and slept well and left early. There is potential with this place but they need a trained and efficient cleaner for the rooms and eating area
