総じて素晴らしい。
　各地の露天風呂付き部屋を宿泊したけど、ここのお湯は源泉を使うのでプライベートで時間を問わずゆっくりと温泉を楽しむことが出来た。 　夕食は美味しく量も多く、お酒は飲み放題でコスパは素晴らしい。 　唯一気になったのは、大浴場の外にある露天風呂に行くのに横の階段を使わねければならないけど、同じ階の客室から丸見えだった。
これら以外にビールとワイン4本も飲み放題。

入館時に子供に花火のプレゼントがあり、駐車場でその花火が楽しめたり、浴衣が選べたり、ロビーにはデザートと飲み物が置いてあり、アルコールも飲み放題でその種類の豊富さにはビックリしました。 漫画の種類も豊富で部屋にも持っていけるので温泉の後に、部屋でくつろぎながら、飲み放題のアルコールと漫画が読めてとても満足です。

オススメです。
家族での利用でした。外国人スタッフが多かったです。　皆さん接客も素晴らしかったです。チェックインの時に貸切風呂の予約もできて、子供用に花火をプレゼントしてくれて、駐車場の一角で花火が出来る場所があり、ライターも貸し出ししてくれて楽しめました。チェックイン時に居たスタッフの方が、食事会場にも居て、よく働くなぁと感心しました。 食事も大変美味しかったですが、ボリューミーで子供はかなり残してしまいました。 また、オールインクルーシブが最高で、ジュースやアルコールがラウンジで飲み放題でした。 ぜひまた利用したいです。 朝食はバイキング形式で好みのものが多く満足でした。　スタッフの方もオススメなど声掛けしてくださいました。　朝風呂は7階の大浴場へ。　洗い場から浴槽まで畳のような素材になっており、子供も滑る心配がなく良かったです。　廊下に無料で使えるマッサージチェアがありました。　最高でした。フロントではけん玉やかるたなど貸し出ししているようでした。　漫画コーナーもあり、部屋まで持っていけます。　 子供たちはチェックアウトの時間になっても帰りたくないというほど気に入った様子でした。
