Fab Freeo
Nice old hotel in the south part of Freeo. There was a good buzz & vibe in the hotel and we eat & had a few drinks after touring the sites of the city, on a hot day. There was a private function in one of the rooms, so music did go on until about 12:00. Not a big problem for us on a Friday night, but they have regular music; so maybe not for you if you want a quiet early night?

The room was lovely and bright with some nice touches to make it very comfortable - dressing gowns, coffee machine etc. The rooms are simple but charming. There was a bit of noise in the evening, but nothing to keep me awake. I loved being able to go down to dinner at the excellent restaurant. Staff were super helpful. The real draw card for me was the location - walking distance to the beach and loads of fabulous cafes!
