Holiday family staycation.
Enjoyed our 2 day staycation at Marriott to celebrate my son’s birthday. We got 2 rooms for our family of 5. Didnt get adjoining rooms, but was given 2 rooms close to each other. There are plenty of families staying at the hotel due to the holiday season but check in/out lines were fast moving. A lot of restaurant options available in the nearby mall.

Noticed that I got covid before check in date. Agents tried to reach out to them so many times for a few days, but nobody at the hotel answered the call, and finally after 5 days Hotel said they cannot refund. They don’t consider the current covid situation and their service is so poor and slow. If their policy and service is like this, is there any meaning to 5 star hotel with this amount? Hard to believe it is 5 star hotel!!
