Former rental flats re-furbished as aparthotel. Unfortunately the quality of furnishings or maintenance appear not to be up to hotel standards. On arrival I found that the beds were badly sacking - the springs had given up. The bathroom had a strong smell of mould and the sink leaked so that when washing hands, you got your socks wet. In the kitchen, the tap was broken and only gave hot water - drinking water had to be taken from the bathroom. The toaster did not work. The kitchen cupboards were worn and untidy. Calling the customer service, I was offered a change of room, but on checking that out I found it to have similar issues so decided to wait until next day, when maintenance would fix them. A very helpful janitor did turn up next morning (after a very badly slept night!), bringing new beds and fixing the bathroom leak, but he could not fix the kitchen tap - he let slip that the issues had been reported before but apparently repairs had fallen in the cracks. A week later, a plumber turned up to fix the kitchen tap but I was already leaving then.
