The apartment is large, clean, well equipped ( a frying pan would have been nice and the absence of bath soap/shampoo just looks cheap, but otherwise great), and close to a shopping mall and metro and bus stations. Staff, when you get them, were friendly and helpful. But we had two serious issues: first, there is no reception. So when we got there, with phones that hardly work in a foreign country, and the wrong code for the entrance supplied by the place we were stuck outside. not what you want in the rain, after a long flight, lost baggage etc. AND there was no answer at the 24/7 number (we asked people on the street to make a call for us). So we spent a long, uncomfortable and anxious time just waiting to get in. Second - we reserved a place for 3 through expedia, but the room was for 2 - and this, we were told, cannot be changed. So our daughter slept in the living room throughout our stay. This wasn't terrible - they got us a folding bed, but it is not what we paid for and is simply wrong.
