Super friendly staff.. Go out of your way to help.. And always with a smile. Got up grated to a superior room... A lovely surprise, lovely clean roo... Slept like a log during our stay. So many choices during Breakfast.. Not to be missed if staying here. Centrally located, with easy reach of Tram / Main train station and a couple of shopping malls too. This is a terrific, and very central hotel in Helsinki. Kiasma Museum and the Moomin shop (as well as lots of other shopping, museums, and great cafes and restaurants) are a quick walk. The hotel itself is clean, well-cared for, with good breakfasts. Highly recommend bringing a swimsuit for the pool and sauna. Staff are all super friendly and helpful!

We liked everything, nothing bad to say! Perfect location, lovely staff everywhere, very clean, beautiful and spacious room, nice sauna and pool. Highly recommended! Special thanks to the lovely girls in the breakfast room who gave one of us a cake for his 50th bitrhday. That was much appreciated!

Positive points- excellent location, clean, comfortable, competitive pricing, small but well equipped gym. Negative points- breakfast hall like a school canteen, tables crammed together, food poor. Swimming pool (and sauna) only open mornings till 10 am and evenings 5-9.30, receptionist could not explain why (we understand about the sauna). Broken light in room not fixed during our stay and took 2 days to get lamp.
