Could not access property upon arrival. supposed to have staff at front desk for check-in from 1 - 5. Arrived 1:30, no one on duty, no one answered intercom by front door. Finally got response an hour later. No one actually on duty the whole two days we were there. WiFi goes down at least twice per day, sometimes for hours while we ry to contact someone to fix it. Room cramped, shoddy; everything done as cheaply as possible, and badly. Sign above 'reception' desk requests 5-star review, which must be a joke as there is no service.
