Fantastic week in Tenerife - will be back
Stayed for a week in May with my husband and our 2 year old. The property is really geared towards families and children and is in fantastic condition. The room was fantastic (I booked the family suite) and I was allocated to face the pool, which was great. The staff is wonderful, specially Suzanne at reception, Indira at the restaurants (and a gent whose name I forgot but that recommended wonderful Canarian wine - Rodrigo or Ricardo, I think) and all of the cleaning staff (specially Conchi in public areas). There are plenty of pools and loungers, perhaps they could do with more parasols. You get 2 free shows at their theatre and 3 meals in the special restaurants (all great, specially the Italian for children, where they get to make their own pizza!). My daughter loved the nightly dragon projection showcase on the castle every evening. Tip: Everything is done through the app, so make sure you download it.

It is an awesome hotel! Great service and a lot to offer our entire family. Just one minor thing but coffee and tea are not offered at lunch or dinner and we missed both as a family.
