Front Desk Needs to Inform New Guests
The air conditioning in our room wasn't getting cold. The front desk told us they would set it colder remotely from the standard low of 21 degrees Celsius. We needed to go down 3 more times at which point the front desk called maintenance 3 times before finally waking him up. We were never told that if you open the balcony door you must turn on the air conditioning again.
We handed our beach towel to housekeeping when they asked for them. When we went to the front desk to get replacements we were chastised for giving our towels to housekeeping and only to return them to the front desk.
When we asked about beach lounges we were informed that we would need to pay a private vendor for them and that the hotel formerly had an agreement to supply lounges for hotel guests, but not anymore.
Otherwise the hotel was fine. We left feeling that the hotel was 'nickel and diming' us.
