Great location with a beautiful beach just an 800-meter walk away. The food was excellent, especially the buffet, which had a great selection of seafood. The shuttle drivers were wonderful—very friendly, helpful, and enjoyable to chat with. The bar staff were also welcoming and provided excellent service. The only downside was my experience with one of the reception staff at the parking area, which I brought to the attention of the general manager. Other than that, we had a very enjoyable stay as well no washrooms in the lobby or bar areas only at the restaurants

My family of 6 including 4 children had an amazing time here. Everything you need is there for you, from the beautiful cuisine to the amazing entertainment areas. Pictures do not do this place justice. It’s a brilliant hotel, quite secluded in Alvor. Lovely to have an adults only area (pool) to be away from the noise and craziness of the family areas. Food is great, good variety and a very good quality.
