amazing , beautiful , comfortable & affordable
We really enjoyed the stay ! Perfect for the family , so beautiful surroundings full of nature . Children love the facilities and the whole area. We even went to check out other tends and found the gampling tent really unique . Staff friendly , breakfast plentifully and affordable. Absolutely recommend it ! We all loved it

Needs a good cleaning...would not stay again.
This is a very easy location to find just north of Nazare. Only a 5 minute drive to the beach and the fort. Very conveniently located. Check in was very easy. We were the only people renting a "bungalow" when we stayed. You figure since we were the only ones that rented one they would give us the best one. Since we were the only ones there it was very quiet but if the others were rented it would be pretty loud. The "bungalows" let all the sounds in. It was nice to have dinner on the little deck. Unfortunately the insides desperately need some upgrading! The toilet took about 7 minutes to refill after flushing. Not very convenient for getting ready for bed or getting up in the morning. Unfortunately it had also not been cleaned...there was old urine all down the back of it which made the room the toilet was in smell REALLY bad! Also the shower was not cleaned and there was hair from other people on the glass and wall. Overall the cabinets and fixtures all need an upgrade if they are charging the prices they are. On the plus sides the beds and mattresses were newer and the sheets were clean. The couch also folded down for an extra bed. Wifi only worked if we sat at the side of the bungalow closest to the reception. We stayed in May but pool is only open once the university students are out of school. They advertise a cafe but it is all under renovation and closed.

even though its a camground, we had an apartment that included a kitchen, that was very spacious. lots of amenities, such as pool, gym, restaurant, etc. it was only 5 min drive to town so convient if you have a car. we stayed 3 nights and would stay there again,

Camping ground!
The place is a camping ground and ideal for a summer stay. I booked thinking I was getting a hotel room in a resort, but I got a chalet (a small bungalow) in the woods. Because it was winter, the whole camp was empty and I was in the dark, in the woods, on a rainy, windy night. Definitely need a car to stay in this place since it is a distance from the beach and the town. Despite all this, the place was cleaned, good WiFi, hot shower, and comfortable.
