If I could give zero stars, I would. We booked this hotel specifically because it was listed as “pet-friendly” on hotels.com, and we reserved a pet room. But when we arrived, we were told all the pet rooms were already booked, and they claimed the hotels.com listing “isn’t accurate.”
The breakfast was an absolute joke—cold, stale biscuits, and gravy that tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. The juice machine was broken, and all the vending machines were out of order. It was like they’d given up on basic maintenance.
On top of all that, no one was ever at the front desk. We had to call the hotel from our cell phones to get ahold of anyone and to get extra blankets and towels. Bottom line: Don’t stay here unless it’s your absolute last option.
