Great stay
It was really fun to stay on a house boat for a few days. It was comfortable and very clean and surprisingly roomy. The view off the deck was peaceful and relaxing. You are a little close to your neighbors, but we found everyone to be very friendly and congenial. At night, if someone turns on their light over their deck next to you, the light is so bright that it affects you, too. That was the only negative for us. The staff is friendly and they work hard to create a great place to vacation. We would recommend it highly.

This was the most enjoyable accommodations of our Key West trip!! The unit is fully equip and there is anything anyone would need in walking distance! You can even fish teeps away from the unit off the dock. It is impossible to rate this unit on a 1-10 scale as it is well beyond a 10!!

Great stay
This is the 3rd time we have stayed on a water craft-type rental. The houseboats are practically new and have good quality kitchen ware, as well as bedding and towels. The location is central on the keys, which is great. Only about an hour to Key West. Would recommend to anyone looking to rent a houseboat in the keys.

Cozy Lodging on the Water
Cozy little houseboat docked near our parking space. The view off of the porch was nice and a good place to have breakfast. The location was also near the office, in case you needed some extra TP, and near the pool. You could tell the units were fairly new and very clean. It was furnished with everything we needed, except for our own toiletries and a hair dryer. Because the units are close together, it's nice if the one next to you is either empty, or has quiet renters. We would definitely stay here again.
