Poor hotel, huge cleanliness issues!
The hotel is very dated. Walls are worn and marked. The bed had stains and hairs in. I felt very uncomfortable. Raised the issue with the front desk, they took pictures of the pictures I provided. Offered another room on ground floor, next to where the smokers congregate… however they get complaints about this. I opted for a change in bedding. When I returned to the room, no change in bedding. Incredibly poor quality hotel on all fronts.

Clean but the towels are not to the standard of the hotel;they were,and did not look clean, it's like they were not changed from the previous guest -they looked used!!!😞

Room was filthy had to change rooms as we were unpacking the bed was full of dirty marks same with the towels and the new room had a whole bunch of new problems had a mattress topper which was about 8 inch too short all round the bed which made you roll off the shower leaks out into the bedroom and flooring in shower is super slipper, you only get 1 key card and this is needed to use the lift so needs to be taken if one person wants to stay in the room they will be in total darkness as all electric goes off without the key, we even tried other cards like advantage cards as a replacement but they did not work would not recommend this hotel avoid at all costs, I have stayed at cheaper better hotels in Amsterdam.

It was a nice hotel. Very easy to go to Johan Cruiff. One day housekeeping knocked on our door while we were sleeping in and had do not disturb on the door. The next day housekeeping OPENED OUR DOOR and WALKED IN while we were in bed still and had do not disturb on. I reported both incidents to front desk and they said they would text the housekeeping supervisor but nothing else was offered to make up on the intrusion on our privacy and safety. Nice hotel within walking distance of the arena but there are others equal distance that don’t jeopardize safety and security.
