Street food paradise right outside the door!
Migliore is a nice hotel with spacious rooms, and the view from our top-floor room towards Seoul Tower was impeccable. The beds were comfortable, and the internet worked perfectly. The included breakfast was also okay. Nothing to complain about. But the best thing about the hotel is its location. Right behind the hotel, there are several blocks of narrow streets filled with shops and restaurants. In the evening, these streets come alive with stalls selling all kinds of street food. It was simply magical to stroll around and taste the delicacies. We would love to come back here!

Horrible Front Desk Staff
Was excited for this trip just to be disappointed by the unfriendly and unhelpful front desk who initially assisted us for check-in. There were 4 of them standing and NO acknowledgment at all when we were standing right in front of them. There are NO other people checking in at that time to say that they were busy. I had to make a sound to catch their attention. I understand that 3pm is the check in time but being tired from our trip we tried anyway when we arrived at around 2pm. The person just said NO! 3pm! What a welcoming remark. Being a front personnel for a hotel the person could have said, "I am sorry but our check-in time is not until 3pm, for the mean time would you like to rest in our hotel cafe/ restaurant? Or perhaps leave your luggages here so you can easily roam around and come back later? OR our check in is not until 3pm but let me check if there is any room already available at this moment. So many nicer ways it could have been handled.

The only thing I like about the place is the location. The building is old but ok. The beds are uncomfortable. We booked a “delux “ room for 4 people work only 6 pillows so I requested for 2 more but I was informed I can only have 1 since they are short of pillows & it took them hours to deliver after my second call. Worst is the slippers they provided were used! I would suggest they don’t provide at all if it was already worn by someone and it’s unhygienic . Everything should be disposable because those slippers are not washable unlike the bed sheets .

The room gets hot. When I called to report, they said they have to call engineering, without any follow up. When we called again on the 3rd day, they offered to provide electric fan. On another instance, I asked if I can borrow a table knife to slice some fruits, the reception just said “no” without any explanation and ignored us while standing in the front desk. As we walked by the kitchen and asked, we even requested if we can have it sliced instead if they cannot lend as the knife. They just said no and walked away.

首先，服務員態度都友善，都很幫忙⋯⋯ 酒店位置非常方便，由機場去酒店乘坐巴士在酒店斜對面落車，離開酒店去機場，只是出酒店門口轉左直行一陣就有巴士直到機場， 就算落雨天都只是90分鐘左右便到達機場⋯⋯如果對酒店沒有太大要求， 酒店位置是值得考慮的。 可能酒店開業都有一段長時間，木枱木櫃木椅的質料看得出已經很舊，所以試過上覺得不太乾淨，電插蘇是非常之舊式，要用酒店房間附有的中型變壓器才可以用旅遊的變壓插蘇叉電⋯⋯ 我見那個變壓器，反而我覺得有些不安全的感覺⋯⋯ 或許其他舊酒店都是這樣樣吧？ 另外毛巾看上去不太白淨，感覺便不覺得乾淨， 每日都可以有房間打掃更換毛巾⋯⋯沖涼缸看上去並不太乾淨，相信他們有清潔的，只是因為有一些舊，看上去感覺並不乾淨⋯⋯所以我寧可穿拖鞋去沖涼⋯⋯ 我住了三晚， 首兩晚浴室花灑的水是有熱水的， 但第三晚，開了10幾分鐘，水溫都是涼的，致電客服，他叫我開10幾分鐘水會熱， 但當然仍然不熱，再致電給他，他原先話上房間幫我check，等了幾分鐘冇人上嚟，再致電，他說原來已叫人檢查總機，將總機的水溫加熱，又叫我等30分鐘就會有熱水，當時已經凌晨3:50，雖然10分鐘後已經有熱水，但不明白為什麼他不打電話到我房間告訴我已經處理當中，無需在房間呆等以為有人會上嚟檢查⋯⋯ 其實已經沒有打算派同事上房間檢查⋯⋯ 第三晚，房間比較凍，他們是用中央空調，告訴他，他便安排同事給暖爐一個，若果早知道有暖爐，第一晚就會問酒店借用暖爐⋯⋯ 酒店不連早餐的，早餐是朝早7am至9am，　要另外付10,000韓元，便可以有自助早餐，其實都幾抵食⋯⋯ 有飯有麵有餸有奶有果汁有麥片有麵包，有幾款韓式泡菜及前菜任食⋯⋯ 所以抵食 房間唔大，我比較喜歡上次我去旅行的另一間酒店，只是那一間酒店的早餐每天如是．所以諗住今次轉一轉酒店，下次旅行或公幹，我相信會選擇之前的酒店
