The shower head was cracked, spraying water out of shower on to the floor. Before checkout time it was like they were trying to Force us out by pacing back and forth outside the door, then had front desk call 15 minutes until check out. Rude

I will not book this hotel again!
Reception person was rude and abrupt when I arrived. Apparent homeless people where in their cars in the parking area. I was in Ukiah for a cycling event, and needed a fridge and microwave for my early morning meals - there was none (apparently I should have noted this when I booked - I must have missed the small print). The room was basically clean, but pain was peeling off the wallas and door panels and there were holes in the walls. I guess you get what you pay for! I will not return there.

Ukiah Motel 6 Homeless/Drug property
Motel is used for homeless people! Horrible Horrible conditions! Had over 10 individuals come to my room asking for $ Dogs barking constantly at all hours! Drug use was rampant! I never ever would stay or recommend this property! Their corporate offices should be made aware of what goes on here!!

The staff and service is the only thing really good I guess it was better than no motel room at all. It did give a false description when advertised room aminities stated it had satellite tv and premium channels it barely had 10 local channels and it's also stated tub shower combo nope just a single small stand up shower stall no tub at all rooms roughly small as well nice pillows and the room was freshly painted so that was decent and the heat and air conditioner worked well did have a microwave and a refrigerator in there so that was Best Plus

Excellent customer service, pleasantly surprised by how the new owners cleaned up the property and the atmosphere during my stay. We were worried from past experiences where there was a lot transient/questionable activity and uncomfortable for a family stay.
