I don’t often write a bad review, however this hotel requires a lot of work on the management and communications to staff.
We had a few issues, and gave up in the end and spent most of our time outside the hotel.
Firstly upon check in I was told breakfast was till 11am, I questioned this , as key card stated 10am
However was told the hotel is full, therefore they have extended, we arrive at 10.00am ,told breakfast ends 10am. So I didn’t get any breakfast for which I paid for, we spoke to manager and was told mis communication between staff, however it is meant to be 11am, they offered us lunch or dinner or room Upgrade. We went for complementary lunch , which was a 2 course set menu with only 2 choices, however the manager advised us we could choose from menu to a value of 150,000, I selected a meal which cost 190,000, I was happy to pay the difference, 30 mins after I ordered expecting my meal to be coming , waiter advised I was not permitted to select a higher meal and pay the difference, so I said but why have you taken 30 mins to tell
Me this , we gave up and went out for dinner as it was 9.30pm.
Second issue: we in our room after breakfast and outside they are fumigating, within 10 mins our room , hall way all
Outside area is full of smoke and smell , we cannot breathe or go outside, it was truly shocking.
Third issue, no pool towels
Although staff are apologetic there needs to be much improvement, grounds and pool are lovely and our room was fine.
