Front desk service does not speak English

Terrible service at front desk. The person at night does not speak English at all and has a very unpolite behave. He talks tk guests in spanish/catalan in a very loud voice as it would make them understand the language. Rooms and location are superb, in fact.

The main advantage of the hostal was ıts locatıon which was very close to Gothic quarter and the Ramblas. Cleaning was ok. What frustrated me most was the bed linen, didn't understand what kind of linen was it because wasn't covered duvet it was only a sheet that we needed to fight each night in our sleep which was very uncomfortable.And the fabric was also very hard.

The hotel has a very good quality for the prposed standard, prices and locations. They upgraded me so I had a small balcony in a quite street, there was also a kitchen. The room was clean and the bed comfortable
