The pool was very small, very crowded and closed earlier than stated The staff was friendly. The room was gorgeous and we enjoyed our stay. The concierge was very helpful and helping us plan an itinerary
Verified review

6/10 Good

The rooms were lovely and the bed extremely comfortable. The location was perfect for our trip as we came in and left via Barcelona Sants train station. My only complaints would be the breakfast seemed to be lacking some basics, and the elevators are just insane. I think every guest was complaining about them as it sometimes took 5-7 mins to get an elevator to go up or down. The rooftop pool also is only a tiny plunge pool right on top of the bar area so not really inviting but the view was incredible. The staff were all super lovely and helpful.

The hotel is centrally located. In close proximity to the train station and to a lot of city attractions. The Nobu restaurant and the roof top are two hot spots. Everyone is super friendly including Chef Nobu himself (what a treat).
Verified review

6/10 Good

The rooms are spacious but dirty upon arrival. The bathroom had questionable white stains, the drain was clogged and the TV had food all over it. The in-room dining menu was missing and we were charged for food and drinks from the mini bar which were never consumed. The rooftop had a nice view but the pool was already closed when we arrived (before dinner) and all drinks at the rooftop, bar and room service were served warm. The food was delicious and the location ideal but other Nobu hotels appear to have more amenities for families.

10/10 Exceptional

Lovely hotel in a good location, opposite the Sants station for easy access to all attractions. Friendly, helpful staff. Beautifully appointed rooms with amazingly soft sheets on the beds! Most of the city is also walkable, within 30-45mins. Rooftop bar is an attraction for many with its stunning views, but not only hotel guests. It is quite small, but access is controlled. Would love to stay there again and can highly recommend.
