"Room was very clean and staff was very helpful. Our beginning flight was cancelled due to plane issue and we missed our connecting flight to Berlin. Expedia was no help with trying to change our reservation and neither was Marriot customer service. We just wanted the room held for a day until we could get there and they were completely booked. I called the hotel directly and they were so kind and helpful. They went ahead and checked us in and saved the room and when we arrived, it was quick and easy. Didn’t use the amenities, but other family members did the breakfast and loved it. I would stay here again, but it is in the business district so we had to walk a ton and take the S Bahn to the things we wanted to see."
