From handing you a bottle of water when you come back from your run in Tiergarten to giving you a hotel sticker for your suitcase because they noticed you had many on your suitcase, this hotel does service like few others in the world. Staff looks genuinely happy to serve guests. One of these rare places where the customer service experience is truly exceptional and raises the bar. Expect immaculate rooms with a 20th century grandeur flair.

I found all the staff very professional, courteous and helpful, whether at the concierge, front reception, breakfast or room staff. beautiful room, super!. Enjoyed the sauna/pool. The only issue I would like to feedback is with regards to toiletries in the bathroom. Due to environmental concerns nowadays, it would be really helpful not to provide guests with small toiletry bottles (shampoo/shower gel etc). Instead, there could be a larger bottle attached to the wall for shampoo/shower gel etc that guests use but cant take away unless they wish to buy a bottle at the hotel. You have these larger bottles in your toilets on the first floor. May be you can do this in your rooms too. I know other leading hotels are doing this now. Thank you for your consideration.

Loved this hotel. Pure old world elegance. Room and bathroom very large for a city centre hotel and the location is unbeatable. Breakfasts around the atrium are fabulous. We will definitely be back.
