Bogota's Morrison 114: A Nightmarish Experience
During my stay at Morrison 114 in Bogota, I encountered several issues that significantly impacted my experience. The first was a malfunctioning TV that necessitated multiple room changes. The third room, although free from TV problems, suffered from a disturbing noise that was not addressed despite my complaints.
The hotel staff's response to my issues was unsatisfactory. A suggestion was made for a room upgrade, which would have incurred an additional cost. Unfortunately, the interactions with the staff were less than professional.
The room conditions were subpar, with unclean linens and presence of a pest. I spent a considerable amount of time waiting for a resolution that never came. Upon requesting a refund for the remaining nights, I was told to coordinate with Expedia. However, a week later, despite persistent follow-ups by Expedia, the refund was not granted.
I would advise potential visitors to consider other accommodation options in Bogota. The level of service and the quality of the rooms at Morrison 114 did not meet the standards one might expect in the hospitality industry.
